Why a tablet, not a bottle.
Each tablet holds the reactive mineral. In water with food acids it generates molecular hydrogen — H2 — in the glass you are about to drink. Not a bottle that went flat on a warehouse shelf.
Alu-alu cold-form. Moisture stays out. The reaction waits until the tablet hits water. That is the whole product.

The literature

In 2007, Ohsawa and colleagues proposed that molecular hydrogen acts as a selective antioxidant toward hydroxyl radicals, while leaving other reactive species that cells use for signaling. That paper is cells and animals — not an H2X trial. Later human work is mixed and mostly small. We cite it. We do not shout it.
