What is H2X?+−
H2X is a dietary supplement. One unflavored tablet dissolves in water and generates molecular hydrogen (H₂), a selective antioxidant.* Made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility. Patent US 11,266,169 B2.
What is molecular hydrogen?+−
H₂ is the smallest molecule. In this tablet, magnesium reacts with food acids in water and generates H₂ in the glass. Once it dissolves, drink. Don’t let the glass sit.
How do I use it?+−
Drop 1 tablet into 8–16 oz of water. Let dissolve. Drink immediately. Up to 3 times daily. Do not swallow dry. Open one sealed tablet at a time.
When should I take it?+−
Whenever it fits. Morning, before or after training, or in the afternoon. Consistency matters more than exact timing. Up to three times daily. Do not swallow dry.
Why unflavored?+−
You taste water, not candy. No sugar-masking fruit flavors.
Why is there magnesium in it?+−
Magnesium is the reactive mineral that generates H₂ when the tablet dissolves. Each serving provides 80 mg (19% DV). Magnesium also supports muscle function and energy metabolism.*
How long until I notice something?+−
Individual results vary. Some people notice the ritual in days; others notice less. We do not promise a timeline.
Is H2X safe?+−
Manufactured in a GMP-certified facility. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Not intended for children.
What is the PPM?+−
We do not print a dissolved-H₂ PPM on the carton. Formulation-level gas chromatography of this tablet class has been reported; that is not a lot-specific number for the units in our warehouse. Once it dissolves, drink — H₂ leaves if the glass sits.
Why does H2X dissolve so much faster?+−
H₂ starts the second moisture touches the mineral. In PVC-aluminum or a shared bottle, that can be inside the pack. Alu-alu is the gold standard for moisture protection, so H2X stays dry until you drop it. In the same temperature water it then dissolves in approximately half the time of a typical PVC-aluminum tablet. We have side-by-side film. Once dissolved, drink.
Why not a bottle of tablets?+−
A plastic or glass bottle puts every tablet in the same air. Closed, a small HDPE packer still takes on about 0.8 mg of water per day at 40 °C / 75% RH; PET is worse (~9.9 mg/day). Open it and humidity hits all of them. H2X pops one sealed tablet. Alu-alu film of this class is ≤ 0.005 g/m²·day versus ~3–5 for 250 µm PVC.
How is this different from a hydrogen water bottle?+−
That’s a different product. Bottled hydrogen water is made earlier, then the gas can leave. H2X is a dry tablet. Hydrogen is generated when you drop it. Sealed until water.
