Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders typically leave within two business days once checkout is live. You get a tracking number. Transit is usually 2–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

Returns

30-day money-back on unopened product (minus shipping). Opened dietary supplements are not returnable unless defective. Contact info@h2xusa.com or 760-715-2355 for an authorization before you ship anything back.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the carton and email us within 48 hours. We’ll replace or refund.

Checkout status

If the waitlist is showing, we cannot take a card yet. Joining the list does not charge you. When checkout is live, you enter the card on BrokerPay’s page — not on h2xusa.com.
